Como-Pickton High School SkillsUSA members receive a donation of Kobalt tools at Lowe’s of Sulphur Springs as part of the “Tough Tools for Cool Schools” program Tuesday. Lowe’s stores and Kobalt have banded together for the program to give students in 500 schools up to $300,000 in equipment.
