Pumpkin carving contest, fresh, local foods at Farmers’ Market

Skilled sculptors who work in the traditional fall season medium of cucurbita — i.e., pumpkins — can show off their artistry Saturday at the first Pumpkin Carving Contest at the Main Street Farmers’ Market.
