Trooper makes third drug bust of the week while patrolling I-30

For the second night in a row, Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Joseph Hogue made a felony arrest after seizing more than 5 pounds of marijuana as a result of a routine traffic stops on Interstate 30. It’s also the third I-30 bust made this week by Hogue, who also seized 1 kilogram of methamphetamine Sunday night.
