Emergency farm loan applications being taken; farms and ranches hit by 2009 floods can recoup some losses

Applications for emergency farm loans for losses caused by excessive rain, flooding and flash flooding for the period of May 1, through Dec. 31, 2009, are being accepted at the Farm Service Agency office in Sulphur Springs, according to Ellis Dicus in the local FSA office.
