Inmate workers save thousands in Precinct 2

You can find workers in white and green-striped uniforms just about any day on one of the many roads in Hopkins County Precinct 2. They are inmates from Hopkins County jail, and they spend their days patching pot holes and cleaning brush and trash from county roads.

SSISD enrollment figures back to normal
