HALLSVILLE — Sulphur Springs teams took third and fifth here in recent cross country competition.

Defensively Friday night, the Sulphur Springs Wildcats forced Whitehouse to punt six times, held them to only 3 yards rushing and returned a fumble for a touchdown.
