Cumby remains winless, routed by Boles Hornets

QUINLAN — It must be a homecoming jinx for Cumby as the Boles Hornets celebrated a 26-6 homecoming victory Friday at Kevin Kiper Memorial Stadium. The bout gave the Hornets their first win of the season.

Cyle Monroe gave Boles a fast start by returning the opening kickoff 80 yards for a touchdown.


Brewer scores three times, as New Diana clips Winnsboro

DIANA — Beau Brewer rushed for 137 yards and three touchdowns, in his return to the lineup, to lead the New Diana Eagles to a 29-12 homecoming victory over the Winnsboro Red Raiders.
