WOLFE CITY — The homecoming celebration was almost dampened but not from rain. The Cumby Trojans came to town with a different game plan, and in the first half progress was made. In the second half the wheels fell off as the favored Wolfe City Wolves finished with a 33-10 win.
“We had a good half,” said a frustrated Cumby Trojan head football coach Ed Perez after the game. “We just couldn't keep it together and execute in the end.”
