Students from Sulphur Springs ATA Martial Arts recently competed in the Sustaire's Texas Twister ATA Taekwondo Tournament.

The Twister was held Aug. 6-7 at the South Fork Ranch in Parker, Texas.

That’s if the slick field doesn’t neutralize recent history.

Sub-varsity grid teams split games

Sulphur Springs teams split all sub-varsity games played Thursday night.

The ninth graders and junior varsity lost on the road. In eighth grade home action, playing on the soft grass field at Gerald Prim Stadium was very good for the young Wildcats as they took both ends in a doubleheader vs. Whitehouse.
