Love this weather — the cool mornings are awesome.
Pat Higginbotham called Sunday night to say, “How about those Wildcats?” I totally agree. Wow! She wanted to shout out a great big “Hooray!” for Tyler Higginbotham, #54, for a great job. We hope to see everyone in Corsicana on Friday night. Go Wildcats.
Congratulations to the Cumby volleyball coach, Shelley Jones, for being named Coach of the Year in District 18-1A. They had a great year and made the playoffs but lost in the first round. Several girls on the Trojan team made All District. Great job,, girls on a good season.
The Brashear Community Center Get Together went very well. Becky Burns won the quilt. Judge Yvonne King and her husband, Roym was there as well as Beth Wisenbaker and her husband.
