BEAUMONT, Texas (AP) — A woman arrested last month at Dallas Mavericks star Dirk Nowitzki's Dallas home has a July 27 date for trial on a theft warrant.

Crystal Taylor was arrested on May 6 at Nowitzki's home in north Dallas. The 37-year-old defendant was indicted in September 2006 on a theft of services charge for not paying a Beaumont dentist for 2004 dental work worth from $1,500 to $20,000.

The Beaumont Enterprise reports in Tuesday's editions that Taylor didn't appear in court for the trial setting. She remains in the Jefferson County Jail with bond set at $50,000.

If convicted, Taylor could be sentenced to a state jail for up to two years. She's also held without bond on a probation violation warrant from St. Charles County, Mo.
