Funeral services for Belle Derr, 81, of Sulphur Springs will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Hall and the Rev. Andy Comer officiating.
Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park with Leslie Smith, Matt Harris, Matthew Hymel, Jason Friddle, Steven Sappelt, and James Derr serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
Belle Derr died Friday, August 22, 2014, at Rock Creek Health and Rehab.
She was born in Altus, Okla., on June 29, 1933, the daughter of Elvis and Katie Mae Brown Derr.
She was a homemaker and was a member of Davis Street Baptist Church.
Survivors include sons Craig Patterson and wife Cindy, of Sonora, Calif., and Michael Brown and wife, Jamie of Melissa; daughters Sharon Harris and husband, Craig, of Sulphur Springs and Kimberly Bryant Caygle and husband, Joe, of Covington, La.; grandchildren Dana Wagner, Arron Corey, Ryan Corey, Ricky Corey, Kelsea Brown, Kristin Brown, Lindsay McClane, Ashley Morales, Jason Friddle, Steven Sappelt, Matt Harris, Monica Lane, Leslie Smith and Matthew Hymel; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother Elvis Derr; and twin sister, Betty Mize.
