Children’s magician Brett Roberts will bring Dr. Flake-n-stein’s laboratory to life at Sulphur Springs Public Library Friday, July 18, beginning at 10 a.m.

Dr. Flake-n-stein’s Magic Laboratory combines magic, robot puppets and science experiments.
Brett Roberts’ interactive show lets children participate with magic tricks, and help with real science experiments which are safe to do at home. Roberts encourages children to read books on science experiments, magic tricks and science fiction.
Roberts is the one of the top children’s magicians in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He studied puppetry at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology under Jim Henson Productions. He is a member of the Puppeteers of America and portrays Jasper T. Jowls at your local Chuck E. Cheese.
“We had Brett here last year and he was really great,” said Hope Cain, director of the Sulphur Springs Public Library.
The show is free. Get there early to get the best seat.
