Funeral services for Evelyn Oleta Patman, 96, will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 23, at First United Methodist Church in McKinney.
Interment followed at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Sulphur Springs City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen.
Evelyn Oleta Patman died April 19, 2014, in McKinney.
She was born June 24, 1917, in Sulphur Springs to Louis Jackson and Martha Ruth (Sherman) Ferguson.
She married James “JW” Wylie Patman on June 22, 1935, in Rockwall.
She was a real estate broker and owned her own real estate business. She and a business partner also owned Prep Tutoring.
Survivors include her daughter, Janell Pennington and husband, Steve, of McKinney; grandsons Jim Patman of Odessa, Warren Patman of Odessa, Mike Patman of Bethany, Okla., and Lance Ogletree of Waxhaw, N.C.; great-grandchildren J.R. Patman, Shaun Patman, Dereck Patman, Nate Patman, Jake Patman, Ainsley Ogletree and Kallie Ogletree; great-great-grandchildren Ethan Brem, Xavier Patman, Syndee Patman, Brian Fitzgerald, Ryan Patman, Caitlin Fitzgerald, Madison Patman and Tallyn Patman; sisters Verdinell Shriver of Grand Prairie and Bettie May of The Woodlands; and brother Boyd Ferguson and wife, Lois, of Greenville.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son Charles Everett Patman; brothers Herbert Ferguson, Louis Ferguson and Glenn Ferguson; and sisters Edna Ferguson, Bonnie Brazzell and Mary Erspamer.
