I had foot massage for a migraine. I writhed in pain when it started, but as the lady continued to massage, the pain lessened and to my surprise, so did the migraine. It came back later that evening while at home, so I had the matey perform a foot massage. Same thing, at first, very painful, but then it subsided as did the headache, again. I would do it again except that I no longer get the migraines. Thank goodness. The reflexology points in the feet are also basically the same on the hands. The massage can be done on either, but my preference is a good foot rub.
And I would give just about anything for a 70 minute lunch break.
