I want to apologize again to STG. The spammers got a hold of her account and shipped out lots of trash to everyone (it certainly wasn't STG's fault). And our tech people deleted her account without ever notifying her. The "right" thing to do would be to notify her and offer to change her password - but WE dropped the ball on that one pretty badly.
I would love to give her a refund or a comp sub to MySSNews.com, but since it is a free site, that's kinda hard to do!
But we will try very hard to do better in future spam cases.
