If you eat something..... anything... write it down.
If you "log" what you eat it's possible to track the number of calories you take in. (or WW Points, which is much easier to keep track of).
The big eye opener for me was not how much, but what I was eating.
If you track it, you quickly figure out what is good for you or filling, and what is empty calories.
For instance, let's say you go out to a Mexican Restaurant... Everyone loves Mexican, right? Which is the lowest in Points Plus values per serving?
A. Chicken quesadilla
B. Beef fajitas
C. Taco salid in shell (no dressing)
The answer is... A. The chicken quesadilla is 7 PointsPlus value for a typical restaurant serving. The Fajitas have a Points Plus value of 13.
And the real surprise, though, is the taco salad; even without the dressing, packs 18 Points Plus value.
