Working out is much more pleasant these days... my new personal trainer sat down with me and we went over what goals I wanted to strive for.
She put together a program tailored to my needs and abilities. We're going slow and I'm not only learning how to use all the exercise and training machines.... but how to do each exercise correctly.
We're going slow... building strength, balance, endurance, confidence.
We also talk about nutrition... eating right.
A personal fitness trainer is not someone who teaches you how to do push ups. It's someone who teaches you how to start a new lifestyle.
