It hasn't been too hard because I'm not calling this a diet. I'm just watching carbs. Sweets aren't the issue for me, unless you count the hidden sugar in everything
I'm eating a lot of veggies and green stuff at night. Not snacking like I used to.
It seems to be working okay .. I even have a Coke from time to time, but they don't really taste the same, if that makes sense.
