I just read on the NT that we are going to start shipping arms to Afghanistan via Russia. Doesn't it bother anyone to be shipping arms anywhere the Russians can get them easily? Just remember the not too distant past when Russia invaded Georgia, they (Russia) immediately went to the docks and confiscated U.S. military equipment, didn't they? Now where is this new found trust of the Russians coming from? Is it simply because the messiah is President? Last I read he isn't seen too favorably over there. Why not strengthen the current route instead of using a route that could potentially be not so trusted either? Some things just baffle me.
