Your last comment made me think of Stevie Ray ... first time I heard him was at the Crossroads in Nacogdoches. He was just a kid. I was lining up at the pool table and nearly tore the felt when he hit the first lick. I was lucky to have seen Hendrix three times ... and SRV was just as good .... if not better ... amazing musicians.
