ReachOut Hopkins County will be at the United Methodist Church in Sulphur Bluff between noon and 3 p.m. Friday, March 24. ReachOut is a program of the Hopkins County Community Chest, where counselors travel to sites around the county each Friday, bringing all the services offered at the main office in Sulphur Springs to rural communities.
