Authorities in Arkansas have arrested a Little Rock man in connection with an incident in Sulphur Springs in June in which a person who identified himself as a police officer robbed several construction workers who were on the side of Interstate 30 having problems with their car.

Sulphur Springs Police Department posted a photo Monday afternoon of the man they believe has been posing as an undercover narcotics officer. SSPD is working with area agencies who have reported similar crimes as well as Crime Stoppers in the hope someone can help identify and locate the suspect.

Hopkins County Memorial Hospital Board of Directors approved the hospital’s 2016 fiscal year budget, with a projected $81,204 in the black. After approving essentially a break even budget, the board OKed the tax rate, which will remain at 25-cents per $100 property valuation.
