The world is coming unhinged ... and the two people I depended on to help me make sense of it all and to even laugh about it from time to time are gone.
I miss Molly Ivins no-nonsense explanations and Tim Russert's quiet, scholarly, 
prepared approach to an interview.
After watching the talking heads cover the weekend tragedy in Arizona, I need Ivins and Russert to explain it and do some straight talking and shut out all the other white noise.
